About David

People know me for my contagious enthusiasm for improvement, for a clear and structured approach to problem solving and the ability to deliver high value organisational improvement projects. In addition, I’m known for my experience working with individuals to improve their personal performance through 1-2-1 consultancy sessions and ad hoc support.

I’m the Managing Director of Ridley & Company Limited, a management consultancy focused on delivering continual and breakthrough improvement for clients, applied to both business and personal performance.

At Ridley & Company I focus on business operations and organisational improvement through consulting, coaching and mentoring. I’m experienced in quality management and I am an ISO 9001:2015 lead auditor. I am also experienced in delivering coaching, mentoring and training to private and business clients to enhance performance and support individual development.

I bring a business owner’s perspective to my projects. I’m not solely a coach/consultant, I have ownership and part ownership of other non-consulting/coaching businesses which provides me with a wide commercial insight into the impact of my consulting projects and coaching.

My approach can be applied to any business and I have experience in several industries including civil engineering, mechanical engineering, manufacturing, online retail, hospitality, research and development and business services.
